My wife & I have been very pleased with KJ Door Services throughout every step of the process. Missy fielded all initial inquiries VERY quickly (phone & electronically) and made ACCURATE adjustments based on our preferences. The quick turn-around time made us feel like we were #1 on the list! Then we visited the showroom where Casie greeted us and helped to finalize our options. Casie was courteous & POSITIVE, and her knowledge of the product lines gave us confidence that we made the right choice(s) for our garage doors. Troy was able to provide technical information regarding installation & modifications necessary for our particular home. Troy's experience was evident with every question he answered - very IMPRESSIVE! Jon was our installer. Jon explained the process, took down the old doors, installed new doors & walked me through all the features. I swept the entire garage before Jon arrived. When Jon finished the entire job, the garage was even CLEANER! The fit and finish of every aspect of Jon's work was TOP NOTCH - a master of his craft! Thanks so much!

KJ Doors was recommended to us by a trusted friend and neighbor. Now we know why. When we called for information the representative was personable and helpful. She took information form us, explaining that the costs would be a bit higher than normal because of the size of our garage door. Carson, their installer, arrived on time and thoroughly explained the installation process and the estimated time. Because of the layout of our garage he needed to make some significant modifications to his standard routine. We could not be more pleased with the end result.

I just had KJ Doors replace my old garage door opener and the springs & pulleys at the same time. I initially contacted them using their online form. Troy responded right away and offered 3 different options for the door opener. I made my choice and got the install scheduled rather quickly. Troy was very accommodating with the date and time. Carson was the installer. He did a great job, cleaned up every little thing and was very personable. He also took the time to explain the operation to me and be sure the opener connected to our WiFi so we could use the app. Overall it was a fantastic experience & I highly recommend.

Tension spring broke on garage door making it inoperable. Called around to several garage door companies. All said they needed to come out to access the problem, see what type of spring I needed and order a new one. Each time there was a service charge for coming out to the house + the cost of the spring. Called KJ DOORS, told them my problem and was told the price for the repair. They came out and checked what I needed went back to the shop, came back the same day and repaired the spring. While they were here I asked the cost to replace the door rollers and weather stripping. They also changed those items, did a complete check of the door and got it working like new. The price for all this was less than what if was quoted from some of the other companies for just replacing the tension spring. Would definitely use them in the future if needed.

Kj doors has always been very helpful in supplying me parts to maintain and repair my aging garage doors. When I decided to update my doors, I recieved quotes from two door companies. I was thrilled to see that KJ had the lowest price. The showroom staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The ordering process was simple, the lead time was reasonable (given supply chain shortages), and the doors seem high quality. I chose to install the 4 doors on my own. I was thoroughly impressed with how the doors were packaged. They were clearly labeled, each door had its own hardware packaged separately, and the kit had everything that was needed from start to finish. I will be a long term customer of this local business.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent, reputable, honest, punctual company. Don’t even bother looking at any other company for your garage door needs. I had a somewhat of an emergency repair on a commercial sized garage door. Jarrett worked with me to accommodate my needs and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed at the time and date promised. Jordan and Kyle were nothing less than curtious and Professional, and they really know their jobs. If I haven’t mentioned it yet, I would very highly recommend kJ doors for any of your garage door needs.

KJ Doors installed 3 LiftMaster garage doors in our new home. They did a great job and would recommend to anyone. The doors open and close quietly and all of the wiring is very neatly stapled up on the wall. The installer was friendly and explained everything he had done in detail as well as all recommended maintenance.

I needed new garage doors and was shopping Lowes/Home Depot and called a few local places, one of which was KJ Doors. Other places wanted a fee just to quote the doors or talk to me. KJ sent me a quote after a short phone call, I stopped by the showroom to pick out some details and had the doors ordered. The doors are custom built, of higher quality and they installed them and charged no taxes so it ended up costing less than Home Depot, for a better product. The installation was done absolutely perfectly. I would not go anywhere else for doors based on my experience and my friends' experiences at other places.
